Tuna noodle is a simple meal to have. The vegetables and tuna in egg noodles tastes very good. Although the recipe calls for celery, broccoli, onions and mushrooms, one can go about adding leftover vegetables. One can also alter the seasonings and soy sauce according to taste. Tuna noodle recipe is versatile, add more fish if you like and alter as per your taste.

4 Clove (20 gm) (Chopped Up)
Soak dry mushroom in water for 1 hour and then cut off the stem. Keep the juice for cooking.
Preheat wok in medium high heat.
Put 3 tbsp of cooking oil and put in the onions and garlic.
Put in the vegetables, celery, broccoli and chinese mushrooms.
Give it a good stir.
Add the mushroom water for cooking, if you need more liquid then add some leftover tea from the teapot.
Add 1 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp salt.
Mix and let them cook for 2 minutes.
Add the tuna. Give it a stir.
Add cooked egg noodles into the wok. Mix them together.
Add the soy sauce, you can add more if you like. Stir again.
Put the lid on and simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
