Beef Round And Mushrooms Over Noodles
|Peanut oil/Corn oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Onions||3 Cup (48 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Beef round||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt/1 clove garlic, minced||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz)|
Heat oil in large skillet with 1 teaspoon soy sauce, sugar, and 1 teaspoon sherry.
Mix cornstarch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon sherry in bowl.
Dredge meat in mixture; coat every piece.
Put meat in onion mixture; brown.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
Cover skillet; let simmer 1 hour adding mushrooms, if desired, for last 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
