Skillet Beef Stew With Noodles

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onions 3 Small, sliced
  Lean beef 3 Pound, cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces (For Stew)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce (Drained)
  Green peppers 2 , cut into pieces
Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet; add onions and cook until tender, stirring occasionally; remove onions with a slotted spoon to a bowl.
Add the meat to skillet and brown evenly over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Mix garlic with the salt; add to skillet along with onions, oregano, red pepper, and broth.
Bring to boiling; cover and simmer 2 hours, or until meat is almost tender.
Add the tomatoes and cut into pieces with a spoon.
Stir in green pepper, cover and cook about 15 minutes longer.
