|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped celery||1 Teaspoon|
|Tomatoes||3 , sliced|
|Chopped spring onions||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Boil noodles in salted water until crisp but tender.
Drain and rinse in cold water and keep aside.
Mix together eggs, milk, cream, butter, celery, chilli, salt and pepper.
Place the tomato slices at the bottom of the ring mould.
Mix noodles with the egg mixture and pour it in the mould.
Bake in the oven with water under the mould for about 45 minutes until the mixture is firm.
Unmould warm, passing the knife round the mould.
Mix the filling ingredients together and spoon them in the middle of the ring
