Besides being the quickest way to remember a product, ad food jingles are also unforgettable because they fire your imagination, becoming no less than pop icons on the way. When Wrigley wanted to say Doublemint gum, they enlisted the help of a number of twins to make this 1960s ad and since then, the Wrigley commercials have had twins, even the famous ones, asking you to “Double your pleasure, double your fun, with Doublemint Gum.”
Campbell’s first marketed SpaghettiOs in 1965 and this melodious jingle, “Uh-oh, SpaghettiOs” was first recorded by singer Jimmie Rodgers. Ever since then, the jingle is used to make hungry Americans look for their bowl of SpaghettiOs.
Nothings speaks fresh like a Mentos, so when they debuted in the 1991 with a catchy tune based upon the idea that popping a mentos into your mouth helped you revitalize and be ready to face the world again, it spread like wild fire.
The jingle was first made in 1984 and since then, the line, “The Best Part of Waking Up is Folgers in Your Cup” has been a part of every commercial made by the company. The original concept has been repeated several times owing to its popularity.

Baby back ribs got their place under the sun when they featured in the “Welcome to Chili’s” jingle where a singing duo croon “I want my baby back…ribs.”

Kit Kat remained the ultimate snack for a long time, not the least because of its sensational ad jingle that called out “Gimme a break, gimme a break, break me off a piece of that Kit Kat Bar."
