Birmingham Food Festival
Birmingham food festival is a very important festival across the world. This year the festival was held on Saturday, April 9, 2011 from 10:30 AM to 4:00Pm at the Cedars Club in Birmingham. Somehow I happened to see the festival in the company of my friends. It was really a wonderful experience which I am excited to share with all of you.
Let’s begin with the main attractions of the food festival.

In the Birmingham food festival you can enjoy the taste of various cuisines and also can take the advantage of the opportunity to try new things. For example, you can do shopping featuring Asian art or any other fine merchandise such as silk items, books, toys or plants.
For making the festival more adventurous, every restaurants offer “a la carte” portions of few special dishes, so you can wander among the tables and sample dishes from many different countries whose cuisines you may have not tried before.
Apart from food, there are other exciting activities also. You can see the fashion show presenting colourful and artful authentic outfits illustrating distinctive fabrics, styles or sewing techniques from several other countries.
For the children there were special arrangements in the Birmingham food festival. There were Family Village and Fun Time Stage which includes many interesting activities and entertainment especially for the kids.
