The National Homebrew Competition,Minnesota
If you are a beer bibber or if your hobby is brewing beer at home or if you just like to chill before the TV with a beer in hand, then the National Homebrew Competition (NHC), Minnesota could be one competition that you might want to be in or probably just follow, like Sunday night football.
The National Homebrew Competition (NHC) is said to be the largest, international beer competition in the world for all the amateur brewers. This Homebrew contest recognizes the best home brewed beer, mead and cider.
The first round of the NHC takes place at nine different locations in the US. This happens in the month of April, every year. The best regional brew entries will advance in to the final round of the competition that will be held at the American Homebrewers Association's National Homebrewers Conference at Minneapolis, Minnesota. There are 28 categories for the amateur brewers to take home their golds, silvers and bronzes.
So, if this sounds interesting, then you could hone in on your brewing skills and enter in the next year's National Homebrew Competition. You should also keep these dates in mind.
