Honey Mulled Peaches Or Nectarines
|Red wine||1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter, 1.25 Cup)|
|Water||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter, 2/3 Cups)|
|Clear honey||2 Tablespoon (30 Milliliter)|
|Pouring cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Plunge the fruit quickly into boiling water for a few seconds, then drain and peel off the skins.
Leave the fruit whole.
Put the remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Place the fruit in the liquid.
Transfer to the barbecue and poach for 5-10 minutes.
Spoon into serving dishes, discarding the cinnamon stick and cloves.
