Honey Mulled Peaches Or Nectarines

Ingredients
  Peaches/Nectarines 6 Large
  Red wine 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter, 1.25 Cup)
  Water 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter, 2/3 Cups)
  Clear honey 2 Tablespoon (30 Milliliter)
  Cinnamon stick 1
  Cloves 2
  Pouring cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Plunge the fruit quickly into boiling water for a few seconds, then drain and peel off the skins.
Leave the fruit whole.
Put the remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Place the fruit in the liquid.
Transfer to the barbecue and poach for 5-10 minutes.
Spoon into serving dishes, discarding the cinnamon stick and cloves.
