Seafood And Nectarines

Ingredients
  Shrimp/Scallops 3⁄4 Pound, uncooked (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Nectarines 2 Medium
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)Do not defrost frozen shrimp, if used.
2)If scallops are used, wash and dry.
3)Cut sea scallops in half.
4)Leave bay scallops whole .
5)Put garlic through press.
6)In large skillet heat butter and add garlic, shrimp or scallops, salt and pepper.
7)Cook quickly over high heat, stirring occasionally, until shrimp turns pink, 5 to 7 minutes, or scallops begin to brown, 5 minutes.
(Pour off most of accumulated liquid from frozen shrimp.) 8)Slice nectarines.
9)Add for last 2 or 3 minutes of cooking time.
10)Squeeze lemon.
and chop parsley.
11)Add lemon juice and stir.
SERVING
12)Sprinkle parsley over dish just before serving.
