Foil Wrapped Nectarines

Ingredients
  Ripe nectarines 6 Large
  Pistachio nuts 1 Ounce, blanched and chopped (25 Gram)
For the rum butter:
  Unsalted butter 3 Ounce, softened (75 Gram)
  Soft light brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Ounce (40 Gram)
  Orange 1 , rind grated finely
  Dark rum 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) For the rum butter, in a bowl, add butter and cream till soft.
2) Beat in the sugar and orange rind, then stir in the rum.
3) Place a piece of foil that can hold all the fruit and butter.
4) Spread the butter over the centre of the foil.
5) Halve the nectarines, stone and slice.
6) Arrange the nectarine halves on the foil.
7) Fold in the edges of the foil to form a enclosed parcel.
8) Place the parcel on the grill for 10 minutes.
9) Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes.

SERVING
10) Place the fruit and juice on warmed serving plates.
11) Top with pistachios.
12) Serve warm, topped with whipped cream.
