Char Grilled Halloumi Nectarine And Prosciutto Salad

Ingredients
  Prosciutto slice 6
  Halloumi cheese 250 Gram, sliced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (Drizzle)
  Rocket leaves 100 Gram (1 Bag)
  Chopped mint 3 Tablespoon
  Pomegranate 1 (Seeds Only)
  Ripe nectarines 4 , cut into segments
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat a large frying pan or barbecue grill.
2. When hot, arrange the prosciutto slices and grill on both sides until golden.
3. Remove onto a plater.
4. Brush olive oil on the halloumi cheese slices using a pastry brush.
5. Grill halloumi for 2 minutes per side until golden.
6. Remove along with proscuitto.
7. In a small bowl, whisk sesame oil and balsamic vinegar with a fork until well blended.
8. In a large salad bowl, combine rocket, mint, pomegranate seeds and nectarines.

SERVING
9. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and toss lightly with salad spoons.
10. Divide between 2 plates.
11. Arrange the grilled prosciutto and halloumi slices on top.
12. Spoon the remaining dressing over them.
