Apple juice/45 milliliter concentrated apple juice and 1/2 pint water
1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
2 Ounce (50 Grams)
1. Put the nectarines, apple juice (or concentrated apple juice and water), cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and bulgar wheat into a large pan. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes, until the fruit is just soft.
2. Discard the cloves. Serve hot or cold.
