Nectarine With Rum Cream
|Plain non-fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Aspartame low calorie sweetener||1 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Rum extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Divide nectarine in half and remove seed.
Slice each half into eight slices and arrange each half on a plate in a daisy petal-type design.
Combine yogurt, sweetener, and rum extract in a small bowl.
Stir to completely blend.
Divide mixture evenly between the two plates, spooning it into the middle of the two daisy forms.
