Fruitful Sole And Nectarines Remoulade
|Remoulade sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Dried dill weed||To Taste|
|Fresh california nectarines/Peaches||2 , sliced|
To Microwave: Prepare Remoulade Sauce; set aside.
Roll up sole fillets and fasten with wooden picks.
Stand on end, turban-fashion, in microwave-safe dish.
Season with pepper and dill weed.
Add water to dish.
Cover and microwave on HIGH (100% power) 3 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Add nectarine slices to dish and microwave, covered, 1 minute more or until hot.
Transfer fish and fruit to serving platter and remove picks.
