|Mutton chops||4 , beaten with the back of the knife to tenderize (thick)|
|Garlic ginger paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cumin seed powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Raw papaya paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Lightly beaten eggs||2|
|Dry breadcrumbs||4 Teaspoon|
Marinate the chops with all the ingredients except eggs, breadcrumbs and oil for at least 4 to 6 hours.
Dip the chops in eggs then pat them on either side with breadcrumbs, dribble oil on both sides.
Place the chops on a flat serving dish, the bones on the inside and the flesh on the outside and microwave for 20-30 minutes, or until the chops are tender, turning them over once in between.
