Spicy Mutton

Ingredients
  Mutton 500 Gram
  Garlic flakes 10
  Green chilies 6
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 Large
  Coconut 1⁄2
  Cloves 4
  Peppercorns 6
  Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
  Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 3 Large, peeled and sliced
  Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Chilli powder To Taste
  Ghee 5 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Take a wok ad heat some ghee. Roast coconut, poppy seeds and all the whole spices until fragrant and then make a fine paste.
2) Make a paste of garlic, ginger and chillies.
3) Marinate mutton with salt and turmeric and leave it for 30 minutes.

MAKING
4) In a big wok, heat ghee and fry onions until golden brown.
5) Add mutton and tomatoes to it and stir. Close the wok and cook until mutton is tender.
6) Now add coconut paste and hot water. Cook until gravy thickens.

SERVING
7) Garnish spicy mutton with coriander leaves and serve.
