Mutton Bhopla

Ingredients
  Mutton 250 Gram, cut into serving portions
  Red pumpkin 250 Gram, peeled and diced (Or Bhopla)
  Beaten curd 150 Gram
  Minced onions 150 Gram
  Garam masala 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic flakes 6
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Bay leaf 1 , crumpled
  Green chilies 4 , slit
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Use A Handful)
  Salt To Taste
  Chilli powder To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Make a fine paste of onion, ginger and garlic.
2) Add salt to curd and add mutton to it. Keep aside for an hour.
3) Steam pumpkin and mash it.

MAKING
4) Take a wok and heat oil. Fry onions in it until golden brown.
5) Add all the spices and sauté for a minute.
6) Now, add mutton, green chillies and bay leaf. Saute until fragrant.
7) Add water to cover mutton and cook until it is tender.
8) Now, add mashed pumpkin. Continue to stir until gravy thickens.

SERVING
9) Serve mutton bhopla with rice or chapatti.
