Ingredients
  Mutton 500 Gram
  Cloves 4
  Cinnamon piece 1 Small
  Cumin 1 Pinch
  Green chilies 5 Gram
  Ginger piece 1 Small
  Vinegar 30 Milliliter
  Red chilies 5 Gram (Without Seeds)
  Turmeric 1 Pinch
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Potatoes 115 Gram
  Fat 30 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Onions 115 Gram
  Stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Clean and cut meat.
2. Boil with cinnamon, cloves and salt till tender.
3. Grind together ginger, turmeric, red chillies, garlic and cumin, using vinegar.
4. Grind onions coarsely.
5. Heat fat. Saute onions, spices and meat. Fry well.
6. When meat is well browned add stock, vinegar and salt to taste.
7. Add potatoes peeled and cut into quarters and slit green chillies.
8. Cook till potatoes are soft.
