Mutton Chops With Potato Covering

Ingredients
  Mutton chops 500 Gram
  Potatoes 450 Gram
  Egg 1
  Breadcrumbs 50 Gram
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Onion 30 Gram
  Butter 30 Gram
  Milk 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Fat 30 Gram (for frying, absorption)
Directions

1. Wash and clean chops.
2. Beat with blunt side of knife. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a little fat. Fry sliced onion. Add chops and a little water and boil till chops are tender and no moisture is left.
4. Make mashed potatoes. Cover chops. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry.
