Mutton Chops With Potato Covering
|Mutton chops||500 Gram|
|Milk||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Fat||30 Gram (for frying, absorption)|
1. Wash and clean chops.
2. Beat with blunt side of knife. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a little fat. Fry sliced onion. Add chops and a little water and boil till chops are tender and no moisture is left.
4. Make mashed potatoes. Cover chops. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry.
