Ingredients
  Mutton shoulder 500 Gram
  Fat 50 Gram
  Sliced onions 115 Gram
  Salt 10 Gram
For grinding
  Turmeric 1 Pinch
  Red chilies 5 Gram
  Coriander 10 Gram
  Ginger 10 Gram
  Garlic flakes 4 (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Onions 115 Gram
Directions

1. Clean and cut meat into even sized portions.
2. Heat fat and fry sliced onions till golden brown. Remove.
3. Add ground spices and fry well.
4. Add meat and continue frying.
5. Add onion, salt and hot water.
6. Cook till meat is tender and gravy is thickened.
