|Red meat||500 Gram, cut into small pieces|
|Curry leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Meat masala||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
Point 1- Crackle few mustard and curry leaves in 2tbs of oil.
Point 2- Put sliced onions and fry till golden brown.
Point 3 - Add crushed ginger and garlic paste,saute well.
Point 4- Add meat masala and meat pieces.
Point 5- Add salt to taste
Point 6- Saute well for 5 minutes.
Point 7- Cover and pressure cook for 25 minutes in a medium flame.
Point 8 - Open and fry the meat teal the water evaporates.
