Mutton A L'Indienne

Ingredients
  Lamb slice/Lamb slice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon (1 Dessertspoon)
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Chutney 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Stock 3⁄4 Pint
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

Melt the butter, and slice the onion into it with a sprinkling of the parsley.
Cook until light brown.
Now add the curry powder, the chutney and the stock.
Stir well and cook for a few minutes.
Thicken this with the flour, add the slices of meat, and cook for a further 10 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
