Sweet Hot Mustard

This sweet hot mustard recipe is a savored recipe that is prepared by cooking. Made with eggs, flour and vinegar along with sugar, the sweet hot mustard can be served with meats or with other dishes, as desired.
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  White vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Beat first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan until smooth.
Stir in vinegar and water.
Set over medium heat and stir until thick.
Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.
Store in refrigerator.
Keeps for months.
