Preheat oven and heavy pan to 450 degrees.
Mix butter and honey mustard and melt in microwave. Add garlic powder, pepper, and dill and mix together.
Rub skin of fish with olive oil. Open butterflied trout and brush mustard mix all over meat until completely covered.
Remove hot pan from over and place trout skin side down into it and place back into the oven and allow to bake for 10-12 minutes or until butter had browned.
