Coarse-And-Sweet Mustard

Ingredients
  Mustard seeds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine mustard seeds, water, and dry mustard in a small bowl, let stand at room temperature at least 3 hours.
Combine vinegar, onion, brown sugar, garlic, salt, cinnamon, and allspice in a 2-cup glass measure.
Microwave brown sugar mixture at HIGH, uncovered, 6 to 7 minutes.
Strain into container of electric blender.
Add mustard mixture, and process 15 to 20 seconds or until mixture reaches desired texture.
Stir in honey.
Spoon mustard into containers, and chill at least 3 days before using.
