Mustard Dill Sauce

  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon

Melt butter in a medium-sized pan; stir in flour, salt, dill weed, pepper, and mustard. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly; cook until sauce is smooth and begins to bubble. Beat egg yolk; stir a little of the hot sauce into it, then return sauce to pan. Stir and cook about 1 minute longer. Blend in lemon juice.
