Key West Marinade
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt-free 14 herb and spice seasoning blend||1 Tablespoon|
|Fennel seeds||1 Teaspoon|
1) Take the container of an electric blender and place oil in it. Add mustard, lime juice, fennel seeds and seasoning blend.
2) Cover and blend until creamy and thick.
3) Stir nicely before using. Use the marinade for your favorite meat dishes. Cover and store any unused marinade in the refrigerator.
