|All-purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Corn oil||5 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mustard seeds||2 Tablespoon|
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2.In a large bowl combine flour and garlic and onion powders. 3.Mix together corn oil and water and mix well.
4. Now, mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
5.Place the dough on a floured board and knead until it no longer sticks to your fingers.
6. Use a rolling pin lightly dusted with flour, to roll dough out in to a large square approximately 1/8 inch thick.
7.Sprinkle mustard seeds evenly over the square and roll the seeds lightly into the surface of the dough with the rolling pin.
8. Cut rolled dough into 2-inch squares .
9.Place the squares on greased or Teflon cookie sheets evenly spaced.
10.Bake for 8 to 10 minutes .
11.Let cool to room temperature prior to removing from cookie sheet.
12.Store in airtight containers.
13.Serve with suitable dips.
