Mackerel Sauteed With Mustard And Dill

Ingredients
  Mackerel¬†¬† 3 3⁄4 Pound, cleaned, discarding head and tail
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Of 2 Lemon)
  Dijon mustard 5 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), peeled and chopped (Large Cloves)
  Bay leaves 4 , crumbled
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh dill 5 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the fish across into steaks, each about 1 1/2 inches thick.
Combine the lemon juice, mustard, garlic, bay leaves, cayenne pepper, and salt in a bowl, then add the mackerel steaks and stir to coat them.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over low heat, add the mackerel, and saute it gently for 10-12 minutes, turning once, or until the fish is done.
Sprinkle with the dill and serve with Green Pea Pilaf .
