Honey Mustard Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Green cabbage 6 Cup (96 tbs), shredded
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Scallions (green and white) 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a large mixing bowl. Add in carrots, scallions, pepper and cabbage.
2. In a smaller bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients and stir well.

SERVING
3.Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss.
4.Serve cold.
