Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  Plain nonfat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon (Spicy Or Dijon)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a wide mouth jar or small bowl, mix together all ingredients to form a smooth dressing.
2) Keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow chilling.

SERVING
3) Use as required.

TIPS
Store any remaining dressing in refrigerator in a covered container for future use.
