Ingredients
  Potatoes 7 Medium
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Parsley 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Radishes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggless mayo 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Collect the required ingredients.

MAKING
2) Boil the potatoes until they are soft enough and allow them to cool.
3) After a while, dice the potatoes.
4) In a mixing bowl, add other ingredients along with the diced potatoes.
5) Toss them well.

SERVING
6) Serve it either hot or cold.
