Ingredients
  Prepared biscuit mix 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frankfurters 8
  Gherkins 8
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, make the biscuit dough as per the pack's instruction with milk.
2)On a slightly floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thickness.
3)Using a knife or cookie cutter, cut out four 3 1/2-inch squares.
4)Slice the frankfurters and pickles lengthwise in halves.
5)On the center of each frankfurter, spread the mustard. Keep in 2 pickle halves in between them.
6)Keep one filled frankfurter on each dough square. Bring the edges of the dough square and seal the edges completely encompassing the frankfurter
7)On a grill over hot coals, slow cook till dough is browned on all the sides.

SERVING
8)Remove from the grill and serve hot.
