Fresh Herb Mustard

Ingredients
  White mustard seeds 100 Gram (1/2 Cup)
  Ground almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Port 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh marjoram 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh thyme 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine mustard seeds and almonds in blender, blend 30 seconds.
Add oil, vinegar, salt, port and herbs, blend until thickened.
Spoon into container, cover, stand for 2 days to develop flavor.
Store in cool, dark place.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
