Fresh Herb Mustard
|White mustard seeds||100 Gram (1/2 Cup)|
|Ground almonds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Port||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh marjoram||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh oregano||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh thyme||1 Tablespoon|
Combine mustard seeds and almonds in blender, blend 30 seconds.
Add oil, vinegar, salt, port and herbs, blend until thickened.
Spoon into container, cover, stand for 2 days to develop flavor.
Store in cool, dark place.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
