Madeira Mustard

Ingredients
  White mustard seeds 100 Gram (1/2 cup)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Madeira 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine mustard seeds and salt in blender, blend 30 seconds.
Add vinegar, oil, madeira and brandy, blend until thickened.
Spoon into container, cover, stand for 2 days to develop flavor.
Store in cool, dark place.
Keep refrigerated after opening.
