Cook Blend Mustard
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mustard seed||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tarragon vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Savory seasoning||1 Teaspoon (Cook Blend)|
Combine dry mustard, mustard seed and 1/2 cup very hot water in a small mixing bowl.
Cover; let steep 2 hours.
Pour into blender container; gradually add vinegar and process until desired texture (grainy or smooth).
Stir in Cook Blend.
Store in sealed glass jar in refrigerator.
Use after one week.
