Fried Bamboo Shoots And Mustard Green
|Bamboo shoots||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Either Fresh Or Canned)|
|Mustard greens||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Red chili oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soya sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Peel fresh bamboo shoots and cook in salted boiling water.
Drain and cut.
Heat oil and fry the bamboo shoots till golden brown.
Mix sugar, salt, soya sauce and add to the bamboo shoots and set aside.
Wash mustard greens, drain and wipe.
Heat the oil and fry the leaves till they are light brown.
Cover with a lid while frying to prevent oil from splashing.
Add bamboo shoots and mix well.
Remove from the fire and sprinkle red chilli oil.
