Turnips with Mustard Greens
|Turnips||2 , each about 2 1/2 inches in diameter, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch julienne strips|

|White distilled vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Toasted sesame seeds||2 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Mustard greens||4 Cup (64 tbs), lightly packed|
|Red bell pepper||1 Small, seeded and diced|
In a wide frying pan, combine turnips, vinegar, water, and sugar.
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; boil just until turnips are tender-crisp to bite (about 3 minutes).
Uncover and quickly mix in sesame seeds, oil, and mustard greens.
Stir just until greens are slightly wilted.
Pour into a shallow serving dish and sprinkle with bell pepper.
