Turnips With Mustard Greens

Ingredients
  Turnips 2 , each about 2 1/2 inches in diameter, peeled and cut into 1/8-inch julienne strips
  Turnips 2 , peeled and cut into 1/8-inch julienne strips (Each About 2 1/2 Inches In Diameter)
  White distilled vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Toasted sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Mustard greens 4 Cup (64 tbs), lightly packed
  Red bell pepper 1 Small, seeded and diced
Directions

In a wide frying pan, combine turnips, vinegar, water, and sugar.
Cover and bring to a boil over high heat; boil just until turnips are tender-crisp to bite (about 3 minutes).
Uncover and quickly mix in sesame seeds, oil, and mustard greens.
Stir just until greens are slightly wilted.
Pour into a shallow serving dish and sprinkle with bell pepper.
