Golden Pineapple Pommery Mustard Puree

Ingredients
  Ripe pineapple chunks 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), well drained
  Whole grain mustard 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Puree the pineapple in a blender.
Just before serving, stir in the mustard.
