Mustard Glazed Pineapple Sticks

Ingredients
  Fresh pineapple 1 Medium
  Vegetable cooking 4
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon
  Spicy brown mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Light corn syrup 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel and trim eyes from pineapple; remove core.
Cut lengthwise into 12 sticks,set aside.
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine.
Place over medium-low heat until margarine melts.
Add juice, mustard, and syrup; stir well.
Add pineapple sticks; cook, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
