Mustard Tarragon Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Lean center cut loin pork chops 24 Ounce (4 Pieces)
  Plain non-fat yogurt 3 Tablespoon
  Low sodium worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Minced fresh tarragon 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
Directions

Trim fat from chops.
Combine yogurt and Worcestershire sauce; brush on both sides of each chop.
Combine wheat germ and next 3 ingredients; dredge chops in wheat germ mixture.
Place chops on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 10 minutes on each side or until done.
