Mustard Tarragon Baked Pork Chops
|Lean center cut loin pork chops||24 Ounce (4 Pieces)|
|Plain non-fat yogurt||3 Tablespoon|
|Low sodium worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted|
|Minced fresh tarragon||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
Trim fat from chops.
Combine yogurt and Worcestershire sauce; brush on both sides of each chop.
Combine wheat germ and next 3 ingredients; dredge chops in wheat germ mixture.
Place chops on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 10 minutes on each side or until done.
