Salmon With Mustard Dill Sauce
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced green onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Dijon style mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice from concentrate||17 Teaspoon (1/3 Cup Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Dried dill weed||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salmon steaks||4 (1 Inch Thick Steaks)|
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, mustard, 1 teaspoon brand and 1/2 teaspoon dill weed.
In shallow dish or plastic bag, combine remaining 1/3 cup brand and 1 teaspoon dill weed; add fish.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
Grill, broil or bake as desired, brushing frequently with marinade.
