Salmon With Mustard Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice from concentrate 17 Teaspoon (1/3 Cup Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Dried dill weed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salmon steaks 4 (1 Inch Thick Steaks)
Directions

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, green onion, mustard, 1 teaspoon brand and 1/2 teaspoon dill weed.
Cover; chill.
In shallow dish or plastic bag, combine remaining 1/3 cup brand and 1 teaspoon dill weed; add fish.
Cover; marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
Grill, broil or bake as desired, brushing frequently with marinade.
