Honey Mustard Alaska Halibut

Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Alaska halibut steaks 36 Ounce (6 Pieces, 6 Ounce Each)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Skewering)
Directions

Whisk together mustard, olive oil, honey and lemon juice.
Season halibut steaks with salt and pepper.
Brush both sides of each steak liberally with honey mustard mixture.
Place on a broiling pan and broil 5-6 inches from heat for 1 minute per inch of thickness, or until fish just flakes when tested with fork.
(Alternately, cut halibut into 1-inch chunks and place on skewers with an assortment of vegetables.
Broil or grill as directed.)
