Honey Mustard Alaska Halibut
|Dijon mustard||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Alaska halibut steaks||36 Ounce (6 Pieces, 6 Ounce Each)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Vegetables||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed For Skewering)|
Whisk together mustard, olive oil, honey and lemon juice.
Season halibut steaks with salt and pepper.
Brush both sides of each steak liberally with honey mustard mixture.
Place on a broiling pan and broil 5-6 inches from heat for 1 minute per inch of thickness, or until fish just flakes when tested with fork.
(Alternately, cut halibut into 1-inch chunks and place on skewers with an assortment of vegetables.
Broil or grill as directed.)
