Honey Mustard Beef Ribs

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green onion with tops 1 Bunch (100 gm), finely chopped
  Yellow onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Prepared mustard 4 Tablespoon
  Honey 4 Tablespoon
  Liquid smoke 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Beef back ribs 5 Pound
Directions

In saucepan, combine butter, green onions, yellow onion and garlic.
Cook over low heat 15 minutes or until onions are tender.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except ribs.
Grill ribs, on covered grill, over medium-hot briquets 30 to 35 minutes, brushing ribs generously with mustard-honey mixture, until meat is tender.
