Tarragon Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Dijon-style mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped tarragon/1/2 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Light olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In a small bowl, combine mustard, sugar, vinegar, parsley and tarragon; blend well.
Add oil, beat until blended.
