Dim Sum Dipping Mustard

Ingredients
  Soy sauce/Tamari 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated fresh ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a blender puree all ingredients except black pepper until liquified.
Strain.
