Butterfish With Mustard

Ingredients
  Butterfish 12 , cleaned
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fish stock 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Strong mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, softened
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Lay butterfish in baking dish.
Sprinkle the wine, fish stock, salt, and pepper over them.
Place in a 400° F oven.
Bake 5-7 minutes.
Drain juices into saucepan while keeping the fish warm.
Add cream and mustards.
Cook on medium high flame for 3-4 minutes.
Whisk in the butter.
