Mustard Dill Sauce

  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Pinch
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill/1/2 tablespoon dried dill 3 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Whisk together mustard, egg yolks, salt, pepper, sugar, and dill until bubbles form.
Gradually add the vinegar, then drizzle in the oil and continue whisking until thickened.
