Honey Mustard Beef Ribs
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green onions||8 Ounce, finely chopped (With Tops)|
|Yellow onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
|Prepared mustard||4 Tablespoon|
|Liquid smoke||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Teaspoon|
|Beef back ribs||5 Pound|
In saucepan, combine butter, green onions, yellow onion and garlic.
Cook over low heat 15 minutes or until onions are tender.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except ribs.
Grill ribs, on covered grill, over medium-hot Charcoal Briquets 30 to 35 minutes, brushing ribs generously with mustard-honey mixture, until meat is tender.
