Honey Mustard Glazed Spareribs
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dark brown sugar||2 Tablespoon, packed|
|Dried rosemary||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Hot pepper flakes||1 Pint|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
Carve ribs into individual servings.
Place in a 12 cup (3 L) microwave safe casserole dish.
Cook in oven 5 minutes, on high.
Continue cooking 30-40 minutes, on medium low.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix remaining ingredients to a smooth sauce.
Once cooked, remove ribs from microwave oven.
Transfer to a browning griddle.
Brush with mustard sauce.
On medium high, cook 10-15 minutes or until ribs turn golden brown and are nicely glazed.
